How do I return a product?
If you're not happy with your purchase and would like to return a product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
You will need to provide your order number and the reason for returning the product along with photographic evidence of the item.
Only once the item is returned to us and verified, can we determine if a refund is due.
All returned products must be in their original condition and with the packaging intact.
Is shipping refunded on return?
All costs associated with the return of the product remain the responsibility of the customer.
What happens if the product(s) received are damaged/don't match my order/defective?
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number, the photos of the product(s) and any video evidence concerned and a clear description of the problems encountered. We will do our best to handle your problem as soon as possible, however the item must be returned, in it's original condition plus packaging before we can issue any refund.
How long does the return procedure take?
The return procedure can take up to 14 working days from the day we receive your return. We will send you a notification email to confirm that your return is being considered.
When will I receive my refund?
All refunds are made on the original method of payment. If you paid with a credit card, refunds usually take place in 7-10 working days. If you still haven't received your refund, please contact your bank to find out what timeframe to expect it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We can only accept cancellations within 24 hours of the original ordering time.
Once the order has been despatched, we can't recall it or cancel it.
Can I change my delivery address once the order has been placed?
Please note that your delivery address can't be changed once your order has been dispatched.
